Abstract

Employability skill has become buzzword all across the world. The set of skills that empower someone to become competent enough so that he/she can survive in all odds. The employability skill not only guarantees employment but sustainable career also. The set of skills include communication skill; writing skill; reading skill; presentation skill etc.


There have been numerous reports of various surveys that our graduates; or even professionals lack of appropriate employability skills. This makes the lecture pertinent and relevance to current needs.  This lecture aims at simplifying the development of multiple intelligence and employability skill using ICT tools. The tools include YouTube lectures; open sources learning platforms; and many more. How one could use ICT tools for improving and developing any skill set, technical or non-technical, will be covered with few case studies.
