Abstract

Text Mining is a maturing as a feasible area to mine information from scholarly texts.  These mechanisms can now be run on our own scholarly output to better enable keywords, topic hierarchies and knowledge graphs.  We discuss how these technologies impact policymakers, authors and the readers themselves.
