The industrial revolutions have an exceptional standpoint among all other revolutions due to their complex nature of affecting economies, technologies, and social lives. The fourth industrial revolution has defined by cyber-physical systems serving the digitalization of industries. The birth of Industry
4.0 is based on the advancement of technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual & augmented reality, robotics, cloud computing, quantum computing, big data, Internet of Things, 3D printing, etc. into different industries and their manufacturing services and processes have altered the dynamics of everything. The objective of this talk is to provide an overview of Industry 4.0 and an understanding of the pillars of Industry 4.0 with its applications and identifying the challenges and issues occurring with implementation the Industry 4.0 and to study the new trends and streams related to Industry 4.0.
