Abstract
In the last few years, several universities from developing countries(specially from Africa)entered in Times Higher education. This presentation explains in detail each minute issue required to enter the Times higher education ranking with limited resources. Entering in THE requires a dedicated and planned approach for teaching, research, citation, international collaboration and industrial income. For example, research can boost thorough research clusters, and teaching can be more effective by applying outcome-based learning.
