This presentation explains in detail each minute issue required to enter the Times higher education ranking with limited resources. Entering in THE requires a dedicated and planned approach for teaching, research, citation, international collaboration and industrial income. For example, research can boost thorough research clusters, and teaching can be more effective by applying outcome-based learning.
