How to present your work for publishing in high impact computing JournalsSpeaker: Sanjay Misra – Lagos, Nigeria
Topic(s): Society and the Computing Profession
Publications in top tire computing journals from authors from developing countries are very limited. One can also observe that excellent research outcomes are being published in fake/predatory journals. The aim of this presentations is to train the young researchers/academicians in the institutions/universities in developing countries (also in the developed world where publications in top tire journals are limited) for preparing their research articles for consideration and possible publication in top tire (Q1/Q2 of Web of Science)Journals from top publishers like IEEE, ACM, Springer and ScienceDirect.
A very systematic and simple approach for writing a good research paper is presented. This presentation explains each minor issue (construction of titles, keywords) which may affect the quality and impact of research. All the components of various types of research papers (Comment paper, review, survey, meta-analysis, systematic literature review, Research articles) in computing/ICT domain are explained in a very simple step.
