Shantanu completed Post Graduation in Computer Science in the year 1991 with ‘Outstanding’ Grade. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry in varied roles including Senior Strategic Management roles and Architecture roles. During this time he has had diversified experience with exposure to global working culture and complete understanding of Software Development Life Cycle enhancing the business value of the organizations he worked for. He has been a member of high performers group in several large organizations. He has put in more than 11 years in architecture and over 10 years in management. He is currently residing and pursuing career in Melbourne, Australia. In his current responsibility He the Delivery Head for entityThree, Melbourne Australia with focus on Knowledge Management and Innovation initiatives.
He has extensive experience in varied business domains and varied technologies including .NET and J2EE suite of technologies. He has the ability to leverage the best of both worlds in solutions he provides. He has provided and delivered large complex solutions for large and multi-cultural organizations in his career.
He has filed more than 20 Invention Disclosures in his career. He has also published several papers in the international journals, magazines and conferences. He is currently the reviewer for Journal of Information Architecture and had been the reviewer for ACM Computing Surveys for over 2 years.
