What will you do after completing your computer science degree? Many computer science students are unsure of what they will do next after graduation. There are a multitude of avenues to choose from. This talk will cover the practical real-world ins and outs of several notable options, including possibilities such as the pursuit of graduate school, seeking right away a job in private industry, aiming to be an academic, starting your own high-tech startup business, going into the non-profit sector, and so on. The speaker is a seasoned computer scientist who has experienced numerous career paths firsthand and has advised others while serving as a professor and when serving as a chief technology officer in companies.
